Ingredients:

• Prawn Paste (250g)
• Beef Balls (200g)
• Enoki Mushrooms (a handful)
• Vermicelli (50g)
• Bean Curd Sticks (3 pieces)
• Luncheon Meat (200g)

Seasonings:

• Seafood Sauce
• Hot Pot Base
• Chili Sauce
• Soy Sauce
• White Sugar
• Minced Garlic
• Chopped Green Onions
• Sichuan Peppercorn

Cooking Method:

1. Prepare the ingredients by cleaning and chopping as needed.
2. Heat a pot and add oil, then stir-fry the seafood sauce, chili sauce, and hot pot base over low heat until fragrant.
3. Add water, soy sauce, and white sugar, then bring to a boil along with the luncheon meat and beef balls.
4. Add the prawn paste and bring to a boil again.
5. Add the enoki mushrooms, bean curd sticks, and vermicelli, cooking until done.
6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions, minced garlic, and Sichuan peppercorn, with a drizzle of hot oil on top.
