Ingredients:
- Prawn Paste (250g)
- Beef Balls (200g)
- Enoki Mushrooms (a handful)
- Vermicelli (50g)
- Bean Curd Sticks (3 pieces)
- Luncheon Meat (200g)
Seasonings:
- Seafood Sauce
- Hot Pot Base
- Chili Sauce
- Soy Sauce
- White Sugar
- Minced Garlic
- Chopped Green Onions
- Sichuan Peppercorn
Cooking Method:
- Prepare the ingredients by cleaning and chopping as needed.
- Heat a pot and add oil, then stir-fry the seafood sauce, chili sauce, and hot pot base over low heat until fragrant.
- Add water, soy sauce, and white sugar, then bring to a boil along with the luncheon meat and beef balls.
- Add the prawn paste and bring to a boil again.
- Add the enoki mushrooms, bean curd sticks, and vermicelli, cooking until done.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions, minced garlic, and Sichuan peppercorn, with a drizzle of hot oil on top.
