300g Baby Octopus
1/2 Onion
1 Celery Stalk
Appropriate amount of Fermented Black Beans
6 slices of Ginger
2g White Pepper
1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
2g Salt
3g Sugar
Instructions:
Preparation:
Clean the baby octopus thoroughly.
Prepare the vegetables: slice the onion and celery.
Mix the white pepper, salt, sugar, soy sauce, rice wine, soy sauce, and cornstarch with some water to create a sauce.
